SHIPPING & REFUNDS
SHIPPING POLICY
We do weekly shipping (Wednesday nights) from Baguio City. This means we will be able to send out your order on Thursday. So even if you place your order on Saturday or Tuesday, you will still get your order on Thursday.
If we will be able to do an additional shipping run, we will let you know if your order will be delivered earlier. But as a matter of rule, the Thursday delivery date will be applied.
REFUND POLICY
We will only refund orders that we failed to serve or ordered items that are out of stock.
Absolutely no returns for delivered orders.
