After the pandemonium, Noel (Piolo Pascual) and Melanie (Claudine Barretto) spend time away in separate countries to begin healing and enjoying their liberation from miserable marriages.
Fate, however, leads them back to each other and they seal their incessant love with marital vows.
Finally married to their true love, it is the supposed start of happily ever after for Noel and Melanie.
But soon after the blissful news of Melanie's pregnancy, Ronald (Bobby Andrewss) and Cynthia's (Jodi Sta Maria) recurring presence in their lives posed another threat and their demented desire to wreck Noel and Melanie's union triumphs this time with the prospect of cold steel bars between the newlywed couple.
