Allysa and Mike grew up together but were separated when Allysa's family moved to Bicol.
When Allysa's father died she became the bread winner. Because of their hardship her brothers run away.
She met Mike again who is a macho dancer now. They become lovers and she became pregnant.
She found out she was HIV positive. Mike learned that Ruel, a gay and a former lover have AIDS.
He found out the reason why Allysa was infected with HIV.
Allysa went back to Bicol where she died. Mike who also had AIDS is also waiting for his death.
