Meanwhile, Gloria hands over her share of RSL stocks to her son Eli, who puts it to good use by putting his revenge into action.
First, he resigns from RSL and demands that Corazon pay his share of the company stocks.
This forces Corazon and JB to liquidate almost all their assets that is now imperative for JB to marry Jackie for the Madrigal name and money.
But the biggest threat is Eli's impending pullout of all his money from Fidel's bank causing a panic among its depositors.
Only Jackie can stop Fidel's ruin as Eli gives a precondition- Jackie has to marry him.
