Eddie (Rudy Fernandez) is a temperamental policeman whose dark moods often caused him to act impulsively.
In one raid, he kills the leader and claims it as an act of self-defense.
But his superior thinks he has acted beyond reason. This prompts him to dismiss Eddie from duty.
However, Eddie's wife thinks it is a blessing since he can spend more time with her and their sick daughter.
Unknown to them, when he left his post, he also left a trail of hatred and revenge from the people who have been victims of his brutal and unjust treatment.
They want him to pay for his acts they want to get even with him...
